Embarkation day – We love cruises that leave from Los Angeles. No hassle of going to the airport, just go to port and get on the ship! Even better are cruises that start and end from Los Angeles – but those are limited to Mexico and Hawaii. We love the Hawaii cruise – hopefully we can take it again soon.
For this cruise, we boarded the Golden Princess. My in-laws dropped us off for the cruise, and just because it’s funny – they are going to meet us in our first port (Santa Barbara) for brunch!
