Another relaxing day of scenic cruising in College Fjord. In the fjord, the glaciers are named after men’s colleges from the East Coast. The ‘main attraction’ is Harvard Glacier – which is another tidewater glacier like Margerie Glacier. We had a relaxing day sailing through the Fjord – continuing our fun tri-omino and Cribbage “tournaments” and sipping our favorite drinks.
Mid morning, Adam and I attended a fun culinary demonstration by the head chef and dining room manager.

Soon we arrived at Harvard Glacier and were treated to more splendor as we listened to the booming and crashing of ice meeting the sea.

This brought us to the end of our wonderful cruise. We had one more yummy dinner together and then finished packing. Adam had a minor hiccup where his phone was accidentally packed in his suitcase – and our luggage had already been collected – but the folks at the service desk were quite helpful and retrieved it for him. He got his phone and we were able to relax and try to get some rest.

Once at the airport – both couples had some time before their flights – the airport is constructed so that once past security, you can reach all of the gates so we were able to hang out for a while before we departed.
We had such a wonderful time on this cruise – made even more wonderful by traveling with our friends! I look forward to traveling with them again next year when we go to the Caribbean together!
Where do we go next!!? (spoiler – we’re already booked for Hawaii!)
